Following the announcement of the Ontario Government regarding the essential services, we want you to know that PACKPRO remains operational to serve your business needs in a safe and timely manner. PACKPRO packaging distribution operations fall within current Canadian Government guidance on “essential critical infrastructure workforce.”
All PACKPRO employees have been instructed on practicing personal hygiene recommendations as well as social distancing, for everyone’s safety in different environments. We have provided our customer care, warehouse, transportation and equipment service staff with the tools needed to safely continue deliveries and service to you. Please know that our employees are taking the necessary precautions at all times to protect your business and your employees.
Our equipment service team is responding to the service calls. You can rely on us to assist you remotely or, for most critical situations, on your site, to ensure your packaging equipment is running reliably.
Our inventory management group is monitoring the materials forecasts very closely, to ensure uninterrupted supply. Your PACKPRO sales professional will be in touch with you, if not already, to confirm your current requirements for the materials you purchase from PACKPRO.
